Mechanical/Electrical Lab Technician
Plast-O-Matic is seeking a full-time mechanical/electrical lab technician who is able to provide support to the Engineering Department by testing products.
- Must be able to document, manage test data and assemble/disassemble valves and actuators.
- Must also make recommendations for procurement of equipment necessary to conduct tests, install and operate same.
- Familiarity with electronic schematics, solenoids, motorized, manually and pneumatically operated valves.
- Candidate will preferably have strong experience using common dimensional inspection equipment and basic knowledge of machine shop practices.
- Must have a minimum of an AS degree in a related technical field or certification in a technical program.
- The ideal individual must also have a minimum of 5 years experience as a mechanical/electrical lab technician.
